6-Course dinner in FISH         Chicken fried oysters, celeriac slaw with buttermilk dressing, leony’s  hot sauce and celery greens. *** Butternut bisque, curry mashmallow, toasted pepita, and coconut milk. *** Braised glove artichoke, grilled aubergine, bokchoy hearts, crispy sunchoke, and barigoule cream. *** Mango and rose water sorbet. *** Jamon iberico wrapped blue fin tuna, potato croquette, pickled  pearl onions, foie gras. Or Red mullet with dried tomato and basil, confit eggplant meditarranean inspiration.
